When we bring our grief and mourning to nature, it can help decrease our pain in the moment while also helping us heal in the long run. These special Monday’s Moments gatherings have the added healing benefit of nature. They’ll be held at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center in the Spring Creek Education Building where we’ll have the opportunity to look out its many windows into the beautiful surroundings, and, weather permitting, even spend some time outdoors.
