Wednesday, October 11 2023 - The Alchemy of Equus: Exploring Loss

By: Dar Bellissimo
Tuesday, August 22, 2023

Join Erika Isler, certified Equus coach, and Jackie Naginey Hook, spiritual director, celebrant and end-of-life doula, for two consecutive sessions to more deeply explore grief through experiential work with horses. Participants will be guided through safe exercises with the herd to help each person, and the group, find meaning in the challenges that the universal experiences of loss present. As natural empaths, horses offer us rich insights into grief, loss, compassion and resilience. What will you learn after a few hours with a herd of horses?

You won’t look at your journey the same way again.

Light refreshments provided. *Pre-registration is required and space is limited to six people. For more information and to register, call Erika at 814-883-4001 or Jackie at 814-404-0546. No horse experience is required for this workshop. This is a hands-on workshop; there is no riding involved!
