My sympathy to Paul's family. He was a freind to many and always helpful. Death is an enemy that will eventually be done away with (1 Cor 15:26). I look forward to seeing Paul again after the time of ressurection which God has promised. (Acts 24:15)

My heart breaks for those of you who knew Paul personally. I never had the privilege of meeting Paul and getting to know him personally. Although this meeting never happened, Paul had a great impact in both my business and personal life. I learned so many cleaning techniques, received marketing advice, and most importantly, I got a lot of encouragement for my business and my walk with the Lord. I know that he is longer suffering, that God had wiped away all his tears, that he will no longer grow weary, and that he is now experiencing a joy that I hope we all will get to experience someday. The only way to achieve this joy is to have a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ! I know there aren't any words that can ease your pain. Just know that Jesus is with you during this time. He can and will mend your broken heart.

Paul was a man much loved and appreciated, Just having him around causes you to have stories to tell, he was a great husband, father, grandfather and an incredibly good friend. Paul would call and give advise, he would call to warn, chastise etc, but first and foremost anything he said to you was in your best interest.
Yes he lost his battle with lung cancer, but will be remembered here as long as we live. I am honored to have been able to call a man of this caliber friend.

Our thoughts, prayers and heartfelt condolences got out to the family and friends of this great guy.
My wife Paula and I met Paul about 5 years ago through an online website/community that we operate for professional carpet cleaners.
Although we never met personally, we quickly got to know him via our online meetings.
He was a BLAST to have around. He'd show up on his webcam and tease us all by zooming in on whatever desert he'd happen to be eating at the time... Cakes, pies.. you name it but it was mostly chocolate eclairs.
It wasn't long until he earned the nickname, Paul "Eclair" Demers and we even sent him a shirt with an eclair patch on it.
As time went on he became a close friend and a TREMENDOUS asset to our online community.
He volunteered to help whenever and however he could and became known and loved by literally hundreds if not thousands of professional carpet cleaners around the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia... all over the world.
He's one of the greatest men of character and integrity that I've ever been privileged to meet.
He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by our group.
God bless you all and give you strength through this difficult time.

Dear Debbie, Nicole and family, Michael and family, and Danielle,
So Sorry For Your Loss.
Brother Paul, Lots of Memories...
Since I am the youngest, Paul was my Pal.
David was in Alaska ( thank you for your service) / Peter had many girlfriends (ha,ha)
Paul and I were always together.
What dart gun shootouts we had! ( those guns had suction cups) We'd run around and ambush each other but never lost an eye,(somehow). We had a blast.
Winter came- snow- sledding- me and Paul. We'd use the National Guard
Armory driveway ramp across from our home. We'd go from the top really fast across Pleasant Street into Mr. Washburn's driveway. Someone had to be at the bottom to watch for cars. Paul would be at the bottom and would yell "GO. GO . GO!" I always went when he said so because I always trusted him. I never got hit either.
In the Summer we had firecrackers and M80's. Wow we never lost a finger!
My all time memory is when I was 13. Paul took me down under in a submarine! It was 3 night calibration cruise before deployment and he got me a ticket. He taught me how to drive the submarine! He made me sleep on the top bunk because he had more rank than me. (He would.) We had many great memories on that submarine. Especially of the chow. Paul never went hungry. I wish I could have taken pictures but the were not allowed. I could go on and on.
Going to Miss You!
Love, Joe
P.S.
Sorry My family and I could not attend. We will be there in spirit. Love Joe

Deb and family, we are so sorry for your loss. I would like to share this poem with you.
A Better Place
There’s a place I’ve never seen beyond this world we know.
A place I’ve only heard of but someday hope to go
It’s not on any map, there are no roads to take me there.
But it’s a place of perfect peace, where hearts are free from care.
And though I understand some may be saddened when I leave.
One day we all will meet again, that’s what I believe.
When it’s time to travel there, I think I’ll wear a smile
I’ll say good-bye to those I love, but only for a while.
Knowing there are others who have traveled there alone,
Who cannot wait to greet me and whisper “welcome home”
We will all miss Paul. I will miss that DRY sense of humor he always had.
May you find peace in the thought that Paul is in a better place.
With Deepest Sympathy and all of our love, Peter & Denise.
