Dear Lynnea, Mike, and Family,
We're so sad to learn of Carl's sudden passing. He was such a good guy, well-liked and respected by everyone. It was a privilege to work with him for so many years. We'll surely miss his subtle sense of humor, all the stories, and our "tax" appointments. Rest in peace, Big Guy/"the other Carl". You will be missed.

I am sorry to learn of Carl's passing at this hour. He was a great teammate and friend. His leadership and the camaraderie he engendered made being on any team with "Dollar" a treat. He will live on in the memories of his friends and family. Rest in peace my friend.

Lynnea,
We are so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. He has been a good friend to Lance and I for over 25 years. I worked with him at OPP my entire career. We very fondly referred to him as the "Grand Pooba". He was a wonderful, wonderful man and will be missed immensely. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Michael and his family. God Bless you all.

My family and I wish to convey our deepest sympathies on the passing of Mr. Williams. I can still remember, like it was two minutes ago, the basketball games I played and coached at Penn State when he was at the scorer's table...he always shook my hand, gave me a big smile, and made me feel good. Over a thirteen year period, that was a lot of games but his demeanor was always the same and I will never forget his friendliness and his warmth toward me. He certainly impacted my life at Penn State in a very positive way. Our thoughts and prayers are with his entire extended family. Thank you for the opportunity to post this message.
