Dear David and Pam,
I don't know if you remember me, but I babysat David and Michael when I was a teen. This was before you were born, Pamela. My parents, Bob and Shirley Hemman, were close friends with your parents, Annette and Jack, and the four enjoyed many parties together, often at the U-Club.
I am saddened by the passing of your brother, Michael. Too young and too soon. As a babysitter, I remember two little mischievous and sweet twin boys who had lots of energy and occasionally played a little prank on me. Your house was big and roomy with lots of places to run and hide. We would all laugh when I would find you. We also played outside when the weather was nice.
Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of Michael. I know how hard it is, having lost a sister and brother myself. Time will help you heal. You never stop missing a person, but it gets easier to live your life without them. Take care and God Bless!
Sincerely, Patti Hemman Koelle

My condolences to Dave and Pam and their families. Mike was a great and fun guy, always ready to lend a tool or his expertise for anything and everything, and a whole lot of fun to be around. Our college years inter-twined strongly at Phi Tau. God bless, he has now found peace.

It's been many years since I've seen Mike but his friendship was dear to me as me had many laughs together back in the 80's at the beach, local bars, playing cards and just hanging out together. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, his Phi Kappa Ta brothers and his many friends. His smile will forever be in my mind as he rests in the hands of God now.
