I only knew Ralph from a short time of my team participation and from reunion ....

Joanie, Mike and Melissa,
Having worked for Ralph for many, many years, I learned so many things from him for 25+ years during the course of our working relationship. Ralph possessed such a vast knowledge of real estate sales that enabled many people to make the purchase of a house a dream come true for countless buyers. He will be missed in Happy Valley and surrounding areas. So sad to see all the knowledge be taken from us. Rest in Peace Ralph. You and Fred can sit and hash over State College in Heaven and solve the unsolved problems here on Earth. Just send us a note with the results!

Please accept our deepest sorrow for losing Ralph. We just read Ritz's Email and were shocked that Ralph had passed away. I'm sorry we're so late in writing to you, but we had a house full of company for an early Christmas celebration and didn,t check our Email until today
