Dear Renate and David,
I recall meeting you all in 1985, you and Bob were wonderful neighbors, and David was such a sweet little boy.We have fond memories of you all, through many visits over the years, and although we haven't seen as much of you in the last few years, it is so good to remember you and Bob at Darcy's wedding- our last time together was a joyful occasion. Our hearts go out to both you and David- this has been a difficult time, but Bob is at peace now. Hold him close in your hearts!
With love,
Amanda and Ray

Dear Renata,
It is with great sorrow that we learned of Bob's passing. We will always remember our wonderful Supper Club dinners and what good times we had. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Sending you lots of hugs.

Bob was a good friend, a devoted husband and a man of action. Many times he helped out friends, neighbors and even the library where Renate worked when extra hands were needed. His friends benefited from the repertoire of jokes, stories--and stock investment advice--over the years. Renate and David, I hope you will be comforted by the love of friends and by the knowledge that Bob is in peace. His sense of humor and quirky smile will be missed.

Bob was a good friend and a great "honey-do" stand in. Over the years he helped me with car questions, computer questions and, on occasion, helped move furniture. He would come to the library and help us out with programs when we needed extra hands. Most especially, he was there for Renate, for David and the lovely cats, rabbits and other four footed creatures who loved him. His smile and his quirky sense of humor will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Bob. We will miss you.

Bob was a active participant in Stock Market Forum, my OLLI Special Interest Group, for many years. He advocated buying gold at almost every weekly meeting. I will miss him.
