Obituary of Mary Durdines

Mary Durdines, 66, of Boalsburg, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. Born May 5, 1949 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of James Frank Gingerich and the late Daisey Pearline Palus Gingerich. She is survived by two brothers, John F. Gingerich and his wife, Tina, of Stormstown and Ira J. Gingerich, of Boalsburg. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ann Gingerich, Barbara Davis and Janet Gingerich. Mary was a graduate of State College Area High School. She was the owner and operator of Mary's Maids in State College and the former owner of Mary's Army and Navy Store in Indiana. Visitation will be from 4 until 6 p.m., on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College. Interment will be at Centre County Memorial Park.
