Chet is one of the most honorable, respectful, and dignified souls I have ever met. I had the honor of working with Chet for five years in Continuing Education at Penn State. Chet is to CE what Joe Paterno is to football. I am a better person for having worked with and known this fine gentleman. Rest in peace, my friend. Eternal rest grant unto him oh Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him.
