Obituary of Gregory Palazzari
Gregory Palazzari, 60, of State College, died Thursday, April 21, 2016, at home.
Born March 2, 1956 in Peckville, he was the son of the late Colombo "Cal" Palazzari and Santina Mazza Palazzari of State College.
Along with his mother he is survived by his sister, Ginny Glickman and her husband, David, of State College, his brothers, Chris Palazzari and his wife, Kelly, of Lebanon, Mario Palazzari, of State College, three nephews, Chase Glickman and his wife, Ashley, Cole and Vance Palazzari and a niece, Mara Palazzari.
He graduated from State College Area High School in 1974 and attended both Vale Tech and Penn State University.
He turned his passion for cars into a lifelong career as owner and operator of Greg's Sunoco for thirty years.

Greg's first love was music and he was the lead guitarist in several local bands including Davey and the Drill Creams and Stevie and the Six Packs. In addition to Greg's Sunoco he loved Corvettes, his Harley Davidson, his guitars and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College.
Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College with Father Neil Dadey officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Centre County Chapter, American Cancer Society, 1375 Martin St., Suite 206, State College, PA 16803 or the Home Nursing Agency Foundation, 201 Chestnut Ave., Altoona, PA 16601.
