Harry
I never thought that this day would happen, not for a long time at least. As I prepare myself to come say farewell, so many memories are racing through my mind. You were my best friend and my "oldest big brother". In so many circumstances in my life I avoided doing things because I was so worried you would find out and be disappointed in me. That was my fear, disappointing you. There is now a hole in my heart from you leaving us. Although it will never be repaired, I hope love and memories can try and fill that void. There was so much that we didn't get to talk about, I will continue to talk to you as I go on. When I think of living my life without you in it, it makes my heart stop and I forget to breathe. I just push through knowing you are at peace and with mommy looking down and protecting us. I will continue to do my best to make you proud. And know that when my time comes you will be there waiting for me. I love you forever.

The world lost one of my favorite people yesterday... Harry Lykens, my brother from another mother and the little brother I never had. Harry was a class act who I will honestly say, I judged when I fist saw him, white linen pants, white shoes, tons of ink. I was wrong, he was the most gracious, generous, loving, caring, kind, funny, interesting, honest, brave, humble, smart, strong and amazing man. Harry is survived by his sweet wife Sarah Lykens, her awesome son Owen and their adorable 3 year old daughter Elle and their pets. The three of them were the loves of his life and he would never have left if he had a choice. Clearly you were needed on the other side. Harry, I will miss your voice, your smile, your awesome fashion, your hugs, our talks, your advice, your crazy stories and I will miss depending on you. When I needed to vent, Harry was there, he never judged, just listened told me a crazy story to cheer me up and to shake it off. When we would text, he would give me a silly hash tag to make me laugh. He'd give you a ride to Ford, advice, donation for a fundraiser, the shirt off his back, (or pants ; ) (some of you know that funny story) Harry was THE MAN!!! For a young guy, he lived a long life. I ask to please lift Harry and his family here and in State College Pa up with prayer. My heart aches, Team Walsh loved him and I know he loved us. I love and miss you Harry. I'm so sorry for your lose. I hadent spoken to Harry for a few years, but he had really turned his life around. He told me how much in love he was, and just beamed about his daughter. He was a good man who died too young. Harry's with his mother and big mom along with Aunt Mary, they'll take care of him now

Harry was always a kind man. My family grew up next to his for many years. I remember riding the school bus in Kindergarten and we'd have to share our bus with the bigger kids who also went to my school (Our Lady of Victory). The first time I rode on that bus a kid picked on me and Harry stuck up for me. Harry made it known that he wasn't going to let that happen. Something that may seem silly to most was so big to someone who was bullied at such an early age. He always had a big heart and he'll always have a special place in my heart. I trust that he's in good hands in heaven with his sweet mom. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Words will never be able to say how I feel about the loss of our Friend and Nephew, he was a good Man and a great father.
