I had the privilege to meet Prof. Kuo many times in Italy and once in his lab. I remember him as a hard worker, but also as calm, wise and friendly person. The rocket propulsion community lost a special scientist and I will miss his advices and his smile.
My deepest condolences to his family and to all who shared with him part of his path. Rest In Peace.
