Obituary of Marcia Elizabeth Case
Marcia Elizabeth Case of Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania died on December 4, 2016 at Juniper Village at Brookline, State College, PA, of complications of lung cancer. Marcia was born May 28, 1944 in Sayre, PA and grew up in Troy.
She attended Troy High School, Samrealskolan in Simrishamn, Sweden as a Rotary exchange student, and Penn State University ('67), majoring in anthropology. Marcia worked in New York City for 31 years, first in the NYC day center program for senior citizens and later as a manager of corporate systems and interactive voice technologies for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jean Elizabeth Rishel Case (Farmers Mills) and Franklin Marshall Case. She is survived by her siblings, Sally Anne Case of Millheim, William Rishel Case (Jeanette) and Nathan Marshall Case (Joy) of Troy.
