We have been friends of Eddie for many years and have lived through fires and floods with him. He will be sorely missed. I have money in an account at the golf shop and there is some of my golf equipment there also. I'm not sure what because we only had a brief visit when I stopped in the last time, You can reach me at the e-mail above or at 814-238-0254 in State College.

My best to Ed's family. He was a great colleague and friend; I cherish our hours of conversation. In fact, I have a slightly damaged copy of Ed's master's thesis. He insisted that I have it. But if any family member wants a copy, I'll be glad to make one. Again, my best to the family of a very wonderful man.

RIP good friend. I hear the softball fields in Heaven are "sweet" , nobody hits the pitcher, no one makes an error and everyone bats 1.000. The golf courses are smooth and the cups are 6 feet wide and the concession cart is always nearby.
Say hello to the "Mick" and Yogi for me. Thanks for the memories and thanks for being there.

Ed Hill was a good man with a huge heart. I met Ed four years ago when I went into Fairways and Greens to use the simulator and after the third visit we had made a connection. I will miss having dinner with Ed on Tuesday night after playing on the simulator and talking sports. He became a good friend and some one I could depend on when this where not going so well in my life. He opened up the shop to me when my wife was fight breast cancer and help me stay strong for her and our girls. I am already missing having my friend to talk with on the weekends. Rest in Peace friend.

I was shocked to hear of Ed's passing. I have known Ed for over 20 years both in business and as a personal friend. We have played golf together and more recently participated in a simulator league at the golf shop he owned. I helped out at the golf shop as he needed me. I will miss him as I always enjoyed our conversations and valued him as a friend. He was a caring individual who would do anything for a friend.

Ed was a friend. We first met when I was taking evening classes at PSU. Composition and Rhetoric. I enjoyed his class, and after I wrote a paper that was baseball related we talked more about baseball. We learned we were both huge Mickey Mantle fans.
I was still playing softball, and at some point, Ed asked me if I were interested in coming and playing on his team - the Skeller. I did and we played there and also on the Lions Den team. Won a LOT of games...had a great time.
Though not having seen Fast Eddie for a number of years, I will miss him now that he has passed. Good guy.
My condolences to his family.
