I have lost a tremendous friend, colleague, and fishing buddy. I am so saddened by this. Doug was a tremendous guy. A true original. I will surely miss him.

Doug and I met and worked together on the Gregg Township Sewer Authority. It was in that process where I learned to appreciate his sense of humor and dedication to community. Our last conversation was like many others, full of laughs.
