My sincerest condolences for your loss of such a beautiful lady! Miss Ellie welcomed everyone with open arms and made them feel comfortable in her home! I pray God heals your grieving hearts and surrounds you with his peace. Her love and her spirit lives on through her wonderful, loving children. May you rest in eternal peace with Mr. Stanley. God has brought this beautiful angel home.

Bobby, MaryAnn, Suzie and Kathy,
Miss Ellie as well as her loving and devoted family will always have a place in my heart. I will cherish each and every wonderful story Miss Ellie shared with me, and there were many. Miss Ellie was very fortunate to share a wonderful and adventuresome 57yrs. with the absolute love of her life Stanley Miller. Even in her last few days she spoke with love and admiration when talking about Stanley and her children. Her beautiful blue eyes always lit up with a smile like no other.
Her love for animals were included in her memories. Stories about a fawn that found its way on their property, a bunny rabbit that had free run in the house as well as the many dogs that lived in a home filled with love will be a part of the home in Harris acres or as many referred to it as Miss Ellie's Southfork.
How she loved to dance. Many stories followed that topic. Her love for music continued all her life. When she was unable to dance due to her health, she listened to the singing members of the rat pack as well as Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass to name a few. She enjoyed her swimming pool and even this past summer her music was heard while she danced and exercised in the pool. Turner Movie Channel was a favorite of hers and there again were memories of famous movie stars, golf pro and Penn State's former football family. My 43yrs of nursing is so very blessed with families like the Millers.
You are now with your beloved Stanley, Sharon and other loved ones, and can again listen to the music you love and dance all you want. Peace and everlasting life to you Miss Ellie. You have earned your angel wings. I am so sorry you didn't get to meet my 5wk old Morkie, Little Miss Ellie. I will be sure your home in Harris acres is the first home she visits when I pick her up in 4wks.
Love to you and yours,
Debra A. Heckman L.P.N.
