Family Members of Helen Duff/Thompson:
I have so very many fond memories of the classes I was fortunate to have taken with Helen here at Life Long Learning Lewes. I benefitted from her many art and weaving classes for which I am very appreciative,
My deepest sympathy to all. I know she will be missed by all of you, but think of all the happy times you shared with her over the years. She certainly was a great lady.
Warm regards, Joan Sciorra

I remember Mrs. Duff as one of the best teachers I ever had. I took her art class as a senior on a whim to fill my schedule and have never regretted it. A very fine and understanding lady.

My fondest memories of my dear Mrs Duff. She was an inspiration to me and to the art that she inspired and encouraged me to pursue. It gave me the encouragement that I have passed from my mother, to my daughters, grand daughters and now my graet grand daughters. You are still in my heart Helen. May you find eternal rest and know that your life impacted many!

50 years ago you were my high school art teacher and your encouragement and caring during those years changed my life forever and I hope through my art I have made you proud.
I was so pleased to find you again at Foxdale Village and talk to you a couple years ago by telephone. Just wish I could have visited you during your stay at State College.
You have touched and enriched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by fellow classmates from John Bassett Moore High School in Smyrna, DE.
May God Bless you and my prayers are with you and your family.
