I send My heartfelt sympathy to each and every one of Chuck's family and friends. Chuck and I worked together on projects I was bidding many times thru out the years. In those years we became good friends - In the past ten years or so The only time we bumped into each was at The Waffle Shop every so often. When we did see each other we both walked away with smiles on our faces after sharing some teasing (me doing the teasing usually) and good laughs! I'll always remember Chuck as a gentleman first & foremost always, very professional and a Good Friend. "Rest In Peace" Chuck Walls - In My Memory You Will Always Be "One Of The Good Guys".

Chuck was a great engineer and a quality individual. He was a true professional and responsible for so many succesful public works projects during his career.

To Chucks wife, sons and daughter,
I am very saddened from the news of his unexpected passing. I talked for an hour with him a couple of months ago and he was vey "upbeat". I was planning to fly up from Texas in the spring to hang out with him. I love being around him. He had a "calming effect" on me. I am missing him dearly. My heart hurts for everyone who knows him.
