I worked with Gene for many years at NRL. He was a quiet giant, both in stature and knowledge of the EW principles of the US Navy. It was always a pleasure to both work with him, and to just chat about everyday things. I am alway saddened when my colleagues of the past pass on to a better world. It only fortifies my belief in there being a better life to come, as I know Gene is now experiencing.
My deepest regrets to all his family.
