I want to say that Rachel will be missed. I can remember as a kid growing up in Petersburg that she was one of the people to go to if you needed to know something going on in town. I know since my father Carl William (Bill) Thatcher passed away lost year, she and him had been very good friends over the years and she always had great things to say about my dad. Rest In Peace Rachel. You will be missed dearly.

Our hearts are so sad. Many years Jim and I spent with Rachel as a part of our lives. I can see her smiling as the kids made their way to school. She always kept an eye on our house and kids. We loved it!!!! The Port family touched our life so much. For that we are so grateful. Our memories are filled with Petersburg and our Petersburg family.
God Bless Her. We will always remember her.
