Dear Judith and Family,
Judy and I send our condolences. We are fortunate to have had Jordan in our lives. We very clearly recall the very first department party at your house in Port Matilda -- the new faculty and graduate students attending. Jordan was a solid colleague and friend and always could be counted on to provide thoughtful counsel in difficult situations.

Dear Judith & Family,
Jordan was a great educator. I remembering traveling with him a number of times to Hershey when he was working with children & infants with endocrine disorders. He was able to diagnose things quickly with his patients. I also shared his office for about a year as a post-doc student in BBH. I wish all of you peace and comfort. Jordan was a wonderful person and I got to learn about butterflies also. Sincerely, Karen Blair former student at Penn State.

Dear Judith and family
I was saddened to read of Jordan's passing. He was a wonderful colleague and friend. Find comfort in the company of your children and grandchildren.
Jordan spent many hours teaching and mentoring large numbers of undergraduate and graduate students at PSU. He will be fondly remembered by the hundreds of students who were inspired by his teaching to do well in life. He will also be remembered for his classroom jokes that brought more than one student to tears of laughter.
You are in our thoughts and I hope to see you on one of our trips to Happy Valley.

Dear Judith and Family: Words cannot fully express how knowing Jordan not only touched my life, but undoubtedly touched the lives of many. I am thankful not only to of had the the privilege of working with him during his tenure in Biobehavioral Health at Penn State, but to also call him my friend. I cannot recall one conversation between the two of us where he did not speak affectionately of his family - of you, Judith, and of his children and grandchildren with a spark in his eye and a smile on his face. I will remember him most affectionately for his unfailing dedication as a physician and as a professor. I admired him for his wisdom, no-nonsense approach to the facts, his keen sense of humor, and most importantly, his love for his family. He has a special place in my heart and always will. I affectionately extend to you all my deepest sympathy.
Love,
Shannon
