We were so sad to hear the news about Helen. In the past several years we enjoyed many Jazz at the Palmer concerts where she shared her memories of her beloved Joe. Helen and I also shared stories of being mothers of ex-pats. My mother and I miss her dearly.

Dear Kent and all family members,
My heartfelt sympathy and prayers to all....I am at a loss for words to express the emptiness Helen's passing will bring to my life and to all lives she has touched over the years.
When she left Green Valley on May 6th, she left a beautiful friendship card on her table for me. It read "A friend is the one who comes in when the world goes out". That was my Helen, she always made me feel that I was someone who really matters.
Cherished memories and forever in my heart.

To Helen,
I will never forget your bubbling enthusiasm, your laugh, and unending energy.
You were always my "second mom" and always will be.
May you find the same joy for eternity that you so unselfishly gave throughout your life.
You will be missed.
With love,
Michael
