Obituary of Brian Wesley Johns

Brain Wesley Johns of State College, PA, devoted son, loving brother and uncle, passed away on Monday, July 31st, 2017. Brian was born in Abington, PA on December 19th, 1959. He graduated from Central Bucks High School East, Buckingham, PA. Brian's love of cooking led him to work as a chef at The Autoport Restaurant for many years. His passion for the study of history and religions led to his studies at Penn State University. Brain is survived by his mother, Vera Johns; sister, Marina Johns; and brother, Russ Johns. Brian was predeceased by his father, Frank Russell Johns. A tribute to Brian's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers and to honor Brain's love of animals, donations are requested in his memory at local animal shelters. Arrangements are under the care of Koch Funeral Home, State College.
