My condolences to all who loved Eva. I so appreciated the opportunity to meet "Oma" who truly was a bright and now eternal Spirit.Kudos for the most beautiful testimony of who she was and how she made a positive difference in so many lives and a role model for how to live an authentic life.Thank you for posting the photos which I have so enjoyed. What a wonderful idea! May your memories of Eva continue to warm your heart.

You are in our thoughts and hearts and we share your sorrow. Cherish the memories and let them live on..... Smile, live, and go on!!! I will always cherish my fond memories of Eva Neni and Joska Basci. May God bless and welcome her home along with Joska Basci, family, and friends: that proceeded them, who will once again greet her beautiful smile along with their smiles, hugs, and kisses. Love and prayers to all. Pisti

What a strong, determined person! I will always remember the harrowing recount you told me about yours and your parents' bold escape from Hungary to achieve generation after generation of success in America. This is her greatest gift to her family and the home your mom and dad chose in 1956. I'm so glad I knew Eva.

What a beautiful lady. I always felt so welcome during visits to their home in Silver Spring, MD, while Monica and I were in college, and I loved to listen to her warm Hungarian accent as she spun stories. She opened up a new world for me - learning about Hungary and its struggles before the Soviet invasion. I wil remember her regal face - high cheek bones, big smile, big heart.
