I met Robert at the 2013 Coach Groves Golf Tourney and Track Team Reunion. It was with awe that I listened to his stories of his previous track exploits and saw his much superior golf abilities. Condolences to all his family and friends.

Dear Mary and family, I am truly sorry to learn about Bob. I considered him to be not only a friend, but also someone who was instrumental in my career. He was responsible for me to interview and obtain a job at Provident Mutual when I graduated from Penn State. I learned a lot there at the home office allowing me to start out on a “right foot” Bob and my late father were also acquaintances when he attended PSU. In fact, I remember that he lived in my father’s rooming house on S. Allen St. for something like $15.00 a week in rent. Please accept my sincere condolences. Jack
