Obituary of Mildred L. Wright

Mildred "Mimi" L. Wright, 85, of State College, died Saturday, March 10, 2018, at home.

Born July 31, 1932, in Muncy, she was the daughter of the late Harold V. and Mildred Moran Lundy. On February 11, 1956 she married David Leroy Wright, who preceded her in death on January 15, 2015.

Mimi is survived by five children, James D. Wright of Lafayette Hill, Catherine T. Miller, Michael W. Wright, Richard J. Wright, and Paul T. Wright, all of State College; three grandchildren, Rachael Miller and her husband, Eric, Kate Wright, and Samantha Wright; three great-grandchildren, Max, Eli, and Chase Miller; her brother, James W. Lundy; and her cousin and best friend, Mary Cosgrove of Laporte.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mimi was preceded in death by her son, John H. Wright on November 12, 2016.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College.

Burial will be private in Boalsburg Cemetery.
