Dear Dr. Kleban's family!
With great sorrow and sadness, I'm sending my heart felt condolences to you for the pass away of a great and generous man, Dr. Kleban who had treated me for my 3 root canals! I was only able to pay him $150 out of the the total cost of $650.
I was so poor and broke.... Dr. Kleban told me, I wouldn't pull a bread out of your mouth son! No worries!
His kindness bought tears to my eyes and he told me to come again the following week....I was speechless and so grateful....it was the falls of 1989!!!
May God bless his beautiful soul and May all his siblings and family be blessed with great wealth and abundance health!
With Live and Respect!

Kleban Family,
“God will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and
death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:3,4)

To The Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 where we are promised that those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of receiving a "resurrection" back to life. Life on an earth restored to a beautiful paradise. Psalms 37:11 says, "The meek will possess the earth and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." While we await that wonderful time please find comfort in the bible's promises.

Dear Betty and Family
We are so sad to see that George passed. He was so very special to us, not only as a dentist, but as a friend I started to go to him when I was 18 years old and Denny was is Vietnam. He was like a second father to me. We both went to him for over 40 years. We now have a new dentist, but it will never be the same without George He was like family. He will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers to the family
Love, Denny and Vickie

Dear Kleban Family
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your great father and husband Doc George. My family had the great privilege of being backyard neighbors to the Klebans. I have so many found memories growing up in Kaywood and especially Doc George. I'll never forget the time Doc was Barbecuing out on his back porch in the middle of winter during a snow storm. LOL. Every July 4th he was the master of ceremonies especially lighting off fireworks while wife Betty stood by cringing in disbelief. Doc was always having fun and I will always remember him as the coolest DAD in Kaywood.. Thank You Doc George for all the great memories!!!
Your life of giving so much to others will never be forgotten.
Aloha from Hawaii

My thoughts and.condolences to Betty and the entire Kleban family. He was my families dentist for quite a few years in my younger days, and my parents till the day he retired. I will never forget him coming into the office before a Penn State home football game to help me out with pain from a root canal earlier that week while I was pregnant with my son.
He was a special man and and will be greatly missed

I learned a great deal from Doc while growing up. Not all were useful in life and not all can be shared, but I would like to share one. I was 12 or 13 and taking hunters safety with several other neighborhood boys. Doc was the instructor. We were out at the old skeet range at the bottom of Tussey Mountain. Doc was demonstrating the safe use of shotguns and rifles; loading, unloading, use of the safety, aiming, squeezing the trigger and finally firing the gun. The boys and I stood in line to get our chance to perform the appropriate safety functions and firing the guns, all under the watchful eye of Doc.
One of the rifles we fired was the Winchester model 94, a lever action .30-30 from the old west. I’m talking Battle of the Little Bighorn old west. It is still produced and is a popular deer rifle but is difficult, at least for a 13-year-old, and potentially dangerous in the wrong hands, a 13-year-old. Doc was teaching us the proper way to handle the model 94. The rifle is tricky in that once the lever action loads a cartridge the hammer is automatically fully cocked and ready to fire. To engage the safety the hammer needs to be lowered to a mid-way point by carefully squeezing the trigger while your thumb is on the hammer. Doc warned us that allowing the hammer to slip while trying to activate the safety would result in discharging the rifle.
You can guess. I accidentally discharged the rifle and dropped it. I was humiliated. I let Doc down and I messed up in front of the neighborhood guys. To make matters worse, I cried. I wanted to run back to Kaywood. Doc didn’t let me. He patiently picked up the rifle and asked me to repeat the process. He didn’t let me fail. He stayed with me, possibly at the risk of his own wellbeing, and helped be through the ordeal. My thumb now moist with tears, I worked the action, squeezed the trigger and lowered the hammer.
This is the Doc I will always remember – kind, wise and firm.
