Lon and Shirley were wonderful neighbors and we shared a lot. Our gardens, our cats, tennis, PSU football and so much more. After Chris and I moved to Centre Hall,, we kept in touch with our taxes and in friendship. Rest in Peace together.

Lon was a dear neighbor and friend to my family and me for several decades. He was so sharp and quick witted, and brought so much joy to our lives. We were so deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I will miss the late night waves from his third floor window, and the hilarious texts he would send on occasion. It’s hard to imagine a life without Lon. I’m glad that he and his sweet Shirley are together once again. Sending love and hugs to all of his friends and family.
