When John and I were about five years old he used to come knock on my door and ask my mom if we could go for a walk together. I have treasured that memory my whole life, along with the book he gave me for my fifth birthday. I still have it. Thank you, John.
I was terribly sorry to learn of John’s passing. He was always so gracious, thoughtful, and funny. I enjoyed getting to know him during our Friends School years and I send my sympathy to Shane, Brian, and Brady.
