I worked for/with MSgt Klinger and it was always good to find out he was going to be in charge for the day. It meant things were not going to be as hectic, but mysteriously the work was going to get done. I'm not going to lie about it, he jumped me a couple of times but I had it coming and I got the task completed. When we met I was a new SSgt and he was a long time SSgt and we all were happy when he made Tech. He got Msgt while I was overseas and we still kept in touch after I returned. I regret he's no longer around but rest assured he's walking the flight line of gold. I wish more was included about his military time and many accomplishments.

Scotty and I grew up in Shingletown together. We were childhood friends from the time we were four years old. It's sad to lose a friend and even sadder to lose someone one has know all their life. Rest in Peace Scotty with wonderful memories of the days we played in Hess' field, on Mountain Road, up at the reservoir and in Uncle Buck's backyard. I'll never forget you. Peace man.

So sorry for your lose. Scott was an amazing man, father in-law and grandfather. He will be missed. He was stern but loved with his whole heart. I am sad he is gone but happy to know he is with Jo once again

I'm so sorry to learn of Scott's passing. We were born 8 days apart and grew up in Boalsburg, meeting in either 1st or 2nd grade. Friend in high school, both joined the Air Force. Glad we could reconnect.
Holding him and the family in my thoughts and prayers.
Dave MacKenzie
