Dear Henderson Family
My name is Jennifer. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. This news brought me deep sadness. Partly because of her passing but also with regret for not having reached out to Dorothy during her lifetime.
Mrs. Henderson was one of my favorite teachers. I had her for 5th grade at Mt. Tabor Elementary School. In reading of her life, I would have been 11 in 1978 meaning I had the honor of being in her last class before retirement. I wish I had stayed in touch. Please know, she mattered to me and made an impact. Here's to her life well lived.
