Obituary of Clara Kay Ghaner

Clara Kay Ghaner, 48 years, of Port Matilda, PA, died Monday, November 25, 2019 at 5:16 pm at Mount Nittany Medical Center. She is survived by two children, Brittany Bush of New Kensington, PA and Tiya Austin and her husband Allen of Canada. Clara is also survived by her siblings, David Peters of Tyrone, PA, Rosemarie Peters of Port Matilda, PA, and Renee Russo and her husband Kenneth Russo of Bellefonte, PA. She is also survived by her husband Thomas P. Ghaner of Port Matilda, PA, mother Rose Heaps of Port Matilda, PA, nine grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She participated in Special Olympics for many years and participated in softball, bocce, and volleyball. In bocce she won a gold medal and she loved her family and friends very much. Celebration of life will be December 7, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Port Matilda Baptist Church.
