I worked with Norm when he was involed with Centre Crest, Housing Authority, SEDA cog health system,, and other health related associations. We had a legal and personal relationship. He was intellectually honest, keen insight, reliable, energetic, and a down to earth good person who was very innovative. A good friend who I admired. John Blasko
