I came from my home in Harrisburg, PA to attend the POAHS Class of 1974 40th reunion in August 2014. After attended the meet and greet party that Friday night, I stopped at the High Way Pizza shop in Chester Hill to buy some pizza for my brother Jeff and me. I walked into the shop and I noticed that Kip and Lisa and another classmate and her husband were also there.
As I went to pay for my pizza slices, the clerk behind the counter looked at me, pointed at Kip and said, "You do not owe any money; that guy over there paid for your pizza." Although Kip didn't need to pay for my pizza, I appreciated his generously as a classmate, and a good friend.
To Lisa and the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May God hold you in his hands while you are going through this path, knowing well that one day you will see Kip again.

Dear Lisa and family,
I am so saddened and sorry for your loss. The obituary was lovely -- I've only ever known Kip as a big personality, always smiling and just fun to be around. I know he did his very best with my dad in his final year of life and our family was so appreciative of that. I still think of my dad, and your family when I hear the wind chimes that were part of the beautiful arrangement you sent when my dad passed. I suppose now I'll think of my dad and Kip, hopefully, riding motorcycles together...
My sincere condolences,
Lisa Dawn White

I was floored to hear of Kip’s passing. My heart sank. My time with Kip was more with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation as a volunteer. I always laughed around Kip when we told stories to each other when we worked together at the Elk Banquets.
I no longer volunteer at the Elk Foundation but I now Kip enjoyed it very much and he will be missed very much so.
I pray that Kip is in a much better place at this time. I pray for the family during this difficult time and I pray for the celebration of Kip’s life.
You will be missed my friend,
Paul Rittenhouse Jr.

So sorry to hear of Kips passing. He was a great guy. I knew Kip when I was with the Ferguson Twp. Police. He was a big help to MADD in providing assistance to them. I enjoyed talking with him.
Rest In Peace, Kip.

My parents were very close to Kip and Lisa. I spent my high school years babysitting their two kids. We often all hung out and Kip was always so fun and laughing all the time. My Dad talked about Kip to me often and I know he looked up to him. Kip was like a second father figure to me. He was a really cool, fun guy! When I went to college at Penn State, one night I invited my dad to come hang out with me to an all you can eat wings night and have some beers. He came on that random Thursday night and to my surprise brought Kip with him. It was a really fun, great night, long ago. My heart is broken, mostly for Lisa, Miranda, and Casey. But he was a wonderful man. I’m so glad I got to grow up knowing him and all of you. Rest In Peace. Love you guys!

From the very beginning you were always there no matter what it was. You showed me that you could still have fun even while you worked. I always remembered your uncle Buck dress coat you wore at all our family functions. I remember how much you and uncle Don got Nev all worked up but I knew it was all in good fun. I enjoyed the time I got to hunt with you and riding around in your truck shoveling all the walkways at the duplex’s we used to mow. You once told me to keep your blades sharp and your lines straight and you will be good to go. Well Kip my lines are straight and my blades are sharp and I owe it all to you. I would be in the business I am today if it wasn’t for what you taught me. RIP Kip I love you and will never forget you. One last hey Pete it’s Joe.
