Dear Janet,
I am so sorry to hear Jeff's passing. Our friendship started in the waiting room during kids' Taekwondo, then marching band and concerts over the years. Jeff, without hesitant, engaged with then toddler, Youngjin, with magic tricks and fun activities. I still fondly remember how my kids interacted with Jeff friendly yet confidently, and Jeff's cheerfulness and encouragement provided those fantastic opportunities. After reading his obituary, I came to realize and appreciate my kids are so fortunate to get to know Jeff.
I will also keep Jeff and your family in my Buddhist prayer.

I remember Jeff very fondly from his years of service to Penn State Executive Programs. Jeff was always a friendly face, and effective program organizer and supportive of my teaching efforts with executives. It was a pleasure to work with him. I had the pleasure to get to know Jeff through my two Penn State Executive Leadership classes I took through the years through JA. Each summer as we drove from Michigan to Rhode Island I would stay at Penn State as our stop over and would reach out to Jeff each time. To the Family and Friends
My deepest condolences. I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff was a friend and colleague. I worked with Jeff while I was on the faculty with him at Smeal. Jeff was ALWAYS there for anyone. He was kind and smart and fun. I remember when we would work on a project together he could easily be swayed away from the topic by the mention of golf or BMWs....He was fun to be around. Jeff is the kind of person we all should aspire to be....I often think of my days working at PSU-Smeal with so many great people....Jeff was one of the great one's....God bless
