I met Frank about 30 years ago when I was working at RNR construction. Norm Fedon was my neighbor and was kind enough to employ me for many summers and even a full year before starting college. Frank was the plumber on many of Norm's projects and I got to know him a bit. I remember Frank was short handed and Norm sent me to work with Frank for 2 weeks. The education I received was truly priceless-I should have been paying Frank! Not only did I learn the basics of the materials and the process; but, most important was to 'anticipate the need'. In short order I was handing Frank what he needed before he had to ask. He was also funny and it was a joy to work with him. I still use that knowledge today and do all the plumbing needed on kitchens, bathrooms ands additions that I undertake. I would doubt Frank would have remembered me and been surprised at the impact he had on me..
