Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Ferringer

Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Ferringer, 66, of State College, died Friday, November 27, 2020.

Born November 30, 1953, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Don C. and Susan Bond Meyer.

She is survived by two children, Matthew P. Ferringer and his wife, Samantha, and Jennifer Hoover and her husband, Jared; two brothers, Steven M. Meyer and his wife, Maria and James H. Meyer and his wife, Melisa; six grandchildren, Chloe, Kennady, Lilly, Hayden, Clara and Logan.

Beth was a graduate of State College High School. She received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University.

She was first a mom, but also an educator and business owner. She will be remembered for her capacity to love others and will live on in the hearts and actions of those who were touched by her kindness during her life.

Beth was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.

Due to the pandemic, the graveside service will be private, with the Reverend Greg Milinovich officiating.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
