I just learned today of Rich's passing. He was my CATA bus driver for many years. We had many wonderful conversations where we talked about so many things. He had a great heart and helped many people. My sincere condolences to his family. Pat Buchanan

Richard always offered me a smiling face whenever he saw me waitibgbdor a CATA bus or getting on his bus. We had many wonderful conversations. U am shocked to see that he has passed. CATA will definitely me hit hard bybthe loss of this amazing individual.

I'm so sorry to hear about Rich. We were friends at Penn State in the 1980s, and we only reconnected a few years ago. I was supposed to see him when I came through State College in 2017, but I made a mistake and missed my chance. He was a good friend, and I'm privileged to have known him. My condolences to his family.
