Dick was Father, Uncle, Older Brother, Mentor, coworker and a Great friend to me when I needed him most. He is sorely missed. I wish I had been a better friend to Him. I hadn't spoken to Him in some time. I always thought that there would be at least one more margarita, one more story, one more laugh. As I grew older I never considered the same was true for Him. I'm the poorer for that oversight.
Watch out for that second step dear friend!!

I worked with Dick for only 2 years before his retirement. I considered him a great mentor to me, and a friend. I only became aware of his passing recently since we had not conversed in 10 years, but he is missed. May his family please accept my condolences for your loss. Pete Perry

When I worked at Harmony and took care of him, he was very pleasant and was a talker and I could always get him to laugh. He always tried to do as much as possible on his own. He will be missed.

I served with 'Bugs' for almost his whole tour in the USN. I'm saddened to learn of his passage as our ranks are thinning. I feel proud to have served and worked with him those many year ago and retain many fond memories from those days. My condolences to his family, and I hope he enjoyed the last 70 years as much as I have. May God bless you all.
Sincerely,
Lee I. Reber

I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of Richard “Dick” Ingram on the passing of Dick. I have known Dick and worked with him for about 50 years. Dick was an outstanding scientific leader and engineer who made very significant contributions to our National Defense with his work for the U.S. Navy. At the Applied Research Laboratory, Dick led teams of scientists and engineers to achieve major accomplishments in undersea systems. Through it all, Dick was a friend to all who knew him. We all miss him very much. Ed Liszka
