My deepest sympathy to the Doll family. I had the privilege of working with Tina in the nurse's office at State College Area High School. Tina was a very kind and caring person. Easily approachable and easy to work with in delivering health care to our students. May God bless her family during this difficult time, and may she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear that Tina passed away. She was a delightful person. I know she achieved a lot in her life but I also know that her family was more important than anything to her. Jason, she was so proud of you. I will always remember you two singing carols in French outside my house. I hope you have many wonderful memories and that they will help you through the days and months ahead. I'll be thinking of you. Love, Mme K

Tina and I met about 50 years ago in Saturday Enrichment Classes held at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was bright and friendly then, and the same when our paths crossed again many years later as we both worked in the Behavioral Health field. My sympathy to her family. May you find comfort in your faith and in loving memories.

Tina shared a lot of herself with others in all walks of life. She especially treasured her family, including those in Italy. I can't remember her ever having a complaint. She had a sense of fun and laughter, a quick wit, a wide variety of interests. We both loved hummingbirds, butterflies, our children and their interests. I am grateful for all the high points of her life in which she included me. We are all the richer for having had her in our lives.

My memories mostly center around lunches in the church basement! Tina enjoyed any group of people she happened to sit with! Lively, curious and warm , she added much to our conversations. A favorite topic of ours were tales of Jason’s latest adventures and accomplishments! Also stories of the fabulous Italian feasts she shared with her family, I could almost taste the food and feel the joy she felt in the presence of you all . She will be missed.

Our friendship started 35 years ago, when she tried to convince the rest of her medical staff that I was going to have a baby. That baby was her first delivery and our touchstone. She became more than my friend she was my sister, sharing her adventures in Pittsburgh, York, and finally Penn State where she met the man of her dreams David and had a beautiful baby boy Jason. She always kidded that she was just a copy machine in the process. I will miss sharing the love of chocolate, finding a great Italian restaurant, and a good glass of wine. The renaissance festival will never be the same without this saucy wench. My hope for My friend is that she’s up there with Alvin and her dad drinking wine, eating chocolate, and finally advancing to the master level Tap dancing class. From now on Every time I’ll hear thunder I’ll be thinking of Tina dancing up a storm!
Love you now and always! Dance on my friend!
