Hello family and friends of Chu,
Chu was my graduate assistant while he was working on his PhD at PennState. He was very bright, hard working, and personable. After he graduated we collaborated on the development of PROSIM, a computer based simulation. His computer skills were first rate. I enjoyed the collaboration. He will be missed by family, colleagues, and students. May God bless Chu and his family. Mike Hottenstein

Fang-Mei, Karen, and Emily,
I am so sorry to learn of your husband, father's passing. I remember him as a caring man, so willing to reach out and help others. His contributions to the University will be long remembered, but his love for you will be everlasting.
Please accept my love and deepest sympathy. Shirley
