Ben taught me that science cannot progress without philosophy, and that the human condition is all about philosophy of science, of knowing, of truth, of ultimately knowing who you are.
Dale and I are saddened by your loss. It appears Ben had a wonderful and full life. We loved watching the video as it brought up many memories of our own farming days.

I am so sorry to hear about your husbands passing. I had no idea of his work or education so I am so glad you included all that in his obit. He certainly lived a busy and helpful life. I sure miss seeing you and hope to see you soon. All my love to you,

Dear Linda and Family. I was very sad to learn of Ben’s passing. I know that my husband Jack had deep respect for Ben as a colleague and he enjoyed Ben’s warmth and wit very much. I remember Ben being kind, funny and so brilliant. I pray that all the wonderful memories that Ben left you with bring you peace and consolation.
