My belated Sympathy to Jean’s Daughters and Family
Jean was a good friend here at at The Village at Penn State from 2010 when I arrived. Daily Jean and I would walk with several friends around our Village. Jean’s often repeated saying was “when I can’t talk at the top of the hill we are walking too fast!”
She. Is missed.
In her memory I am contributing $100.00 to the PSU Nancy S. King Trustees Scholarship.
Again, my Sympathy.

I have had the pleasure of chatting with Mrs. G so many times in the past several years, ...both across the hall from where my mom and dad lived in the Village, ...and more recently in the Atrium (where my mother now lives). I also have so many fond childhood memories of playing Barbie Dolls, etc., at the Gotolski home in College Heights when I was little. Also good memories from Girl Scouts. She was a very kind and warm person who always showed a keen interest in me and my family. May God bless her soul... and I send my sincere sympathy to Ann and Carol. So sorry for your loss - - - Cindy McCormick Miceli (and husband Ken, too, as he also always enjoyed chatting with Mrs. G.)

To Jean's family,
Jean was a best friend to my mother, Mildred Allen, during their time at the Village at Penn State. They played bridge together and were very good at it! My mother is in the Personal Care facility and I'm not sure if she would understand if I told her that Jean is gone. So, I thought I would send condolences on her behalf and many thanks for the wonderful times they had together.
Best regards and many sympathies,
Diane Allen Jordan

Ann and Carol, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I have good memories of the times I visited your home and sat at the kitchen bar talking with your mother. She was always so nice, and a great counselor. My prayers will be peace and comfort for your family and wonderful memories of her life.
