We have so many fond memories growing up in State College. We are beyond blessed to have Fred in our lives. He always had the wittiest comments, the best laugh, the greatest sense of humor and the hugest heart. When I was little Fred drove me in the back of his truck filled with hay. Well wouldn’t you know cows can run fast I found out. Right after me. We have always laughed about it. You’ll always be in our hearts Fred. Rest In Peace. We love you. Jeff and Barbie Frand
