I am heartsick over the premature loss of such a great man. Harry and I were in contact a couple of years ago after my heart attack. We made plans to get together the next time he came to NYC. They never materialized. I will miss him greatly. Even though we fell out of touch, he was never out of mind.

My condolences to Harry's family and friends. I reconnected with Harry a month or so ago. He called me out of the blue. I don't think we had talked since our days at Penn State. We caught up, talked about Penn State, life in general and our similar health issues. He gave me so much encouragement and love. What a great guy. Playing Pasquale Cusimano in his masterful play Straight Joints remains to this day one of my favorite performances. Such a great person, such a great writer. Life is so delicate. Farewell, my friend. ❤

Harry Zimbler, my brother-in-law, was a good husband, a wonderful father and a truly good guy. He and I disagreed on many things over the years, but we never got into heated debate. We respected each other's opinion, and moved on. He is one of the few people who understood that if we agreed on everything, one of us is not necessary. Lost contact with him for several years, but when we did speak, or chat online, I was always left with a happier thought. Sorry to see you leave so soon Harry.

Jessica and family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Harry rooting from the stands following the girls volleyball team. When I first started working at WPSU in 1994 he was a friendly and familiar face. I always looked forward to running into him. I'd always ask how you and Zach were doing. He was a proud father. May God grant you peace in this sad time and in all the days to follow.
