John,
I was saddened to read of Sally’s passing. I got to know her from our days with Friends and Farmers and when I learned she was also a “birder” that was another commonality, along with our teaching experience and sharing our grandchildren’s stories When we last emailed, she was letting me know what birds she had seen in the backyard. She was a gentle soul, but I know she was a strong fighter. I am glad our paths crossed. Sending you my sincere condolences and prayers to you and the family.
