Lois McTurk was such a lovely lady. Decades ago, it was her participation and leadership of the WMGA which greatly influenced my decision to pursue a career in golf. In her duties, she exhibited the utmost professionalism and kindness. Her manner was gracious and her smile radiant. It was obvious she loved what she was doing. She probably never knew the positive impact she had on my life but I will always be grateful. She and her husband were ambassadors for the game and will be missed but never forgotten.
Lois was a wonderful and caring person. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to know her, and her loving husband of 50 years Bill also. She is missed.
My condolences to the family. I pray you find comfort in knowing that even though we may loose a loved one in death, God will bring to life all those found in his memory. (Job 14:15 John 5:28,29)
