I remember Joanne as a very kind and generous lady. "LADY" is the most important word in the sentence. She was very warm to me when she and I would accidentally bump into each other after my co-worker, John, died. In my opinion, we did not bump into to each other nearly enough. If you knew her, you would quickly agree. The world will miss her. May you rest in heaven.
