Josephine Ganley, 90, of Boalsburg passed away on 20 September 2021.
Josephine (Jo) was born on 30 October 1930 in New York City, NY, and was the oldest of 3 children of the late Carmine and Laura Frangello Pasqua (immigrants from Italy). Jo's husband, Daniel A Ganley, was born on 9 January 1934 passed away on 7 May 2019. Jo and Dan were married on 2 September 1956. Jo was a homemaker, avid bowler, golfer, and country western line dancer and instructor, always ready to love on people and encourage you and celebrate your victories. Jo was the best mom and friend anybody could hope to have. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Jo is survived by her daughter, Debra Cooper, of Centre Hall, PA; two grandchildren, Tessa Jewell and her husband (CJ) and Patrick Cooper; siblings Richard Pasqua and Steven Pasqua; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
Her Celebration of Life service will be held at noon, at Park Forest Baptist Church (PFBC), State College, PA, on Saturday 30 October 2021. Visitation at PFBC will precede the service from 11am to noon.
