Obituary of Susan Natalie Lauth

Susan Natalie Lauth, 57, of State College, PA, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center. Born on November 16, 1963, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. Donnick, and survived by her mother Joanne L. Brayton and her husband Robert E. Brayton. On March 25, 1988 she married her love Edward "Eddie" J. Lauth III, who survives today with their children.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved three children, Eddie J. Lauth IV, Natalie O. Lauth, and Alexandra J. James and her son-in-law Jesse D. James, her two granddaughters Mila "Meeze," and Lainey "Buggzie" James, her brother Thomas A. Donnick Jr. and his wife Tammy Donnick.

Susan graduated with honors at the age of 16 from Fox Chapel Area High School in 1980. She then earned her bachelor's degree from Duquesne University in 1984 with a major in Biology and a minor in Sociology. Susan also worked as a businesswoman in finance and real estate with her husband Eddie.

She was incredibly compassionate, loving, and above all was the most selfless and kind woman to each person she encountered. Susan is irreplaceable as a wife, mother, and grandmother and she is deeply loved and missed by her family.

Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College. The celebration of Susan's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College with Father Matthew Laffey officiating. Burial will be in Graysville Cemetery.
